Blackbird Coolant System

Just trying to get my head around how I plumb the system, have a front mounted radiator which has top/bottom hose connections and a small bleed screw.

Plan is to truflex pipe from under the bonnet, from the rad to the engine, and then return it along the other sill.

Ive got a swirl pot which has an overflow drain from under the pressure cap.

My question is regarding the thermostat housing, which as per the Honda diagram has a bleed hose which runs from the top of the radiator to the stat housing. I will have a high point in the plumbing under the bonnet so intended having a bleed vent in the hose, and the swirl pot will deal with the air in the coolant in the engine bay?, but what do I do with the bleed vent on the stat ? seal it up ?

Been looking for Megabird plumbing pics, and not having much luck, but I am getting more confused.

Thank you
