Dyno’d at a solid 130bhp in March 2012.

Clutch cover and pressure plate with 7/8" x 20 splines (for type 2 or 3 box)

The rebuild was in March last year and since then it’s done 1 track day and a few hundred road miles.
Its currently in the car so can be heard running, but will be out in the next week or two.

For additional pics see my photo archive.

The only thing I didn’t replace on the rebuild was the piston rings and with hindsight probably should have done since there does seem to be some blow by. However, this is still a complete reliable setup that will qualify for non-CAT emissions and should pass easily due to the standard engine management setup, and as everyone is always saying you can pick up another zetec for little money, the expensive parts are all the peripherals.

Track day at Snetterton 01/04/12 http://youtu.be/1-5bcO8_FSM – did a full open pit lane day with no problems whatsoever, which is why I spent the money on a raceline sump after running a big end on the previous zetec with a westfield sump.

Video of a cold start (from today 5/1/13) http://youtu.be/55WgjBlHmkQ so you can see that the standard management and idle control valve all works nicely

Looking for £1300 for the lot. Selling up as I'm going back to a crossflow for racing.
Location Horsham, West Sussex
