For IVA can you still have brake setup with dual M/C one for front wheels and onr for rear. Or does it now have to be something like front left/rear right and front right/rear left?

Not 100% sure, but I think as long as the split is front-rear or diagonal it's OK.

Mine runs a Sierra M/C with front and rear 2 seperate lines and it passed IVA last summer OK.

Front - rear is fine
I would not split a bias box diagonally
