1999 R1 Engine - Spares Only
I bought this engine for spares for my kit car. It has come out of a crashed bike and has never been started by me. It came from a friend who told me
the gearbox was perfect and apparently the engine is good too, but it had suffered some broken casings (clutch cover). I do have the sump and
generator cover with it also.
As I've never heard it started, I can't guarantee it works but I did compression tested it when I bought it, which was all normal. All the
gearbox I can see is perfect which is why I'm selling it as spares only. The engine still has all numbers intact!
As it is a bulky item, it is COLLECTION ONLY from the Nottingham area. I am unavailable between 19th-27th January so collection would need to avoid
these dates.
