Aldi Spanners cheapo..

Just been in the Aldi and picked up a set of metric open end spanners on offer at £2.99, down from £4.99.

Worth it at that price for a set of sacrificial spanners to cut down/bend/grind for those awkward tight jobs. Saying that they were hardly expensive at full price!

I bought some of the "stubby" spanners 2 years ago, and they have proved very usefull, and ok quality.

I've had a couple of the sets of lidl ones for about 5 years now. I've only ever snapped one, was a 14mm and I don't think I've used a 14 since.

Not snapon but for £2.99 you can't go wrong. The pixies will only steal them anyway
