Crossflow Torque settings

Evening all,

Does anyone know the correct torque settings for the following on a 1600 X Flow?

Main Bearing Caps

Big end Bearing caps

Head bolts

If you are not sure, does anyone know where I can find the correct settings?

Cheers

Head bolts 5, 21-31, 52-56, 66-71 lbf.ft (7, 28-42, 70-76, 90-97 NM) Tightened in stages with the last after 10 to 20 minutes.

Recheck after engine has been warmed up for 15 minutes at 1000 RPM
