MK Indy Grill and IVA

Has anyone had any issues with the IVA and a standard MK Indy grill, particularly in relation to the bar edge sharpness and profile.
I am trying to decide if I have to modify or cover it in any way??

If you mean this grill

You will have to put some mesh in front of it or fit it after IVA.

Mine failed at Nottingham last year because of the edges. Luckily I had some mesh with me so just cable tide it to the front.

Ok many thanks, I had feared that might be the case, I am likely to be heading for Nottingham with mine in near future. I will fit a "sub grill" of some sort.
