Hull and humberside locosters (mk3)
Hi
Once more I'm trying to organise a get together for humberside area - I'm very persistent!
Same principle, Humber bridge car park meet, 7:30, then see where we get to
Next Wednesday (26/6)
The weather has cancelled the last 2 attempts, so third time lucky
Are many if you still interested (weather permitting)?

there is enough to give it a go if the weather stays good, hopefully there will be a surge in interest nearer the time if the forcast stays good!

According to what I can see out of the window, all looks well
Metcheck says otherwise!
Assuming stays fine I should be there
( currently have roofers doing their thing on the roof, they say they'll be gone by 5 so as long as they don't massively overrun I hope to
be on time)

Well I made it to the Humber bridge meet after breaking down on the A63 , 6 members made it which I thought was a good turn out in view of the
overcast sky, just rained a little on the way back to Selby.
One of the guys took some pics as evidence and they may appear on here.
Nice to meet you guys, lets do it again when the weather is better.

Very dissapppointed not to get there! ( I do now have solar PV - which is what kept me busy yesterday )
It was a u2u from coops222 that got me started with trying to arrange this and he couldn't get there either!
So as the two of us couldn't get there, I'm tempted to try again
Was it worth it? Are people still interested?
Same format or different?

Definatly try again.... six turned up last night another two would have been even better.....
I for one am going to keep trying.
Fitting my new fuel pump as im typing, so all being well im out and about at the weekend.. anyone fancy meeting up would be very welcome.

From what I understood a few of us would meet up again on a regular basis. I would.
Davey D doing a track day on the 21st July at Blyton ........good time for a alternative meet up.
Davey D........sorry for pressing upon you the pressure to preform!

Indeed it was good to finally meet up with everyone, we should try keep it up, and maybe do a few runs out. There are a load of good roads this side
of the water too, so we'll have to plan something for one weekend?
Indeed im on the track 21st July, so if anyone wants a passenger ride, then bring a helmet, and i think its £5 to get a passenger pass on the day,
then ill be taking people out for a ride ;-)
Im taking all my waterproofs, as im sure it will wee it down at some point.
Took the car out in the rain last night. It was a bit slippery on some of the roundabouts

having finished fitting a new fuel pump i took car out today for half hour,
but still have a few issues that need sorting.
noisey tappets and an annoying oil leak.
