I have just got one like this cheap. (without the Rear disc bit)

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/330950722226?ssPageName= STRK:MEWAX:VRI&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2661

I have seen them listed for less.
I picked mine up with a trailer and Cheap engine crane, It had been disassembled a bit, to reduce the weight.

Weighs in about 400Kg.
Mine is the basic one. No screw cutting. Seems good vaue for money.

First part made.

I have also had one of these for years.

Very useful but not as good build quality as the Denford Viceoy.
Has got a 26mm bore through the headstock. Good for turing long 1" bar.
The Viceroy is only 13/16" bore.

We have a Viceroy for sale in Carlisle ex school, no screw cutting, good solid compact basic machine 3 phase motor could be rewired with single phase motor and sell old motor off or use an inverter.

The warco was made in china hence the lesser build quality!
