Which shocks for a Haynes roadster?

What make, size and spec shock absorbers would you recommend for a Haynes roadster? I have a Sierra CVH donor engine and using the discs front and drum rear from the donor car. The car is planned for road use only.

14inch or 13+1 as per the book

8 inch springs I believe

350lbs front
250lbs back
