XE Plumbing

I have read the other XE plumbing threads and seen the SBD diagrams but I am looking for a picture of how all the pipes fit together by the water pump.

I have the standard XE pipes, including the interesting one that has three ends, so that would fit on the water pump, big outlet on the manifold and onto the plastic pipe that bolts to the engine.
Could the header tank then be connected to one of the smaller outlets on the plastic pipe and the bottom rad hose to the other, then block the end off?

there are quite a few different sizes needed so it would be nice to use silicone hoses, as I have elsewhere on the engine, and tidy all that area up so please show me what you have done.

SBD diagram is definately the one to follow.

Header tank is connected to one of the little pipes on plastic pipe.

Back of the head can be connected to the other pipe.

Thermostat one goes to the top of rad.

Plastic pipe connects to bottom

You ideally need the bleed from the rad and bleed from the inlet to go back to the header tank too

Cavalier header tank is good as it has all the right connections

Don't block the end of the big plastic pipe you need that for the main circulation to the radiator bottom

If you need any advice I'll u2u you my number

Yeah that would be good Ben....you may regret it though!

I'm going to not use the rear outlet on the head, then cut the plastic pipe down and route the hose back to the 'bottom' outlet on the rad.
