Guitar Help

I'm looking for people who might be able to help identify an old guitar in a music video.
The video is jerry reed performing "Eastbound and Down" the song he wrote for the film. Which he also starred in.
Video here

Its got a distinctive head shape, any one know?

Looks like a Peavey to me.

Mid 70s probably.

Good eye, you guys! Peaveys are supposed to be nice guitars, as are the Yamaha's. Not too common anymore and cheaper than most other decent guitars. The best guitars I have ever played (or owned) were either Gibson, or Guild. Neither one of which cost me more than $500. I am not a Fender person.

I have a need for a Peavey Foundation.
Lovely basses.

I'm a bass player, I have a Yamaha TRB1005 fretless which I love and also a Musicman SUB 5 string which is a magnificent bass too.
Last gig, I used a borrowed Dingwall for part of the set.

Now that's a thing to behold.

The one I played was a five string.

34" scale on the G, 37" scale on the low B.

Why do you need five strings on a bass, one's enough surely ?

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
