Here are a couple of pictures , I covered car in hard board. Then covered that with aluminium foil tape, built a box on top of that. Then mixed some 2
part expanding foam up, after foam has gone of you can shape it very easy. Cover that with foil tape then fibreglass on top of that. If you go on
youtube and put in expanding foam body work, there are lots of videos.
