Indicator/ hazard relay.

I don't have any lamps in my car at the moment and the flasher relay is just buzzing when I indicate or put the hazards on. Is this normal or is the relay no good?

It's a 3 pin relay, does it matter which one I use?

Normal, you need the bulbs for it to work at all mate

I needs bulbs in to resist the circuit to slpw it down.
