Escort English axle drum brake part

Hi,

I don't know what it's called. It's the small black plastic bit above the cable bracket in this picture. I think it's a stop for the lever. I am missing one some how and the screw was missing from this one too! Or if anyone has a supplier for brake parts that would be cool. I think I need new gaiters too.
