2.0 Silvertop Plumbing

Ive had a good search through old posts, but cant or have missed, what i am looking for.
Found several Blacktop diagrams.........

Can somene give me a diagram or pictures of the plumbing set up for :-

1998 2.0 Silvertop
VW Polo Rad
Header/Expansion Tank
NO Heater

I think.........
32mm reducer into Ali Pipe joining directly to top of rad.

If the above is correct then its the bottom rad outlet / waterpump / 19mm outlet from thermostat I am confused with how to link up.

Cheers guys

This is how I have plumbed both my Silvertops and Blacktops. Basically the only difference has been the hose off the waterpump.

Mine has a custom rad thus the position of the hoses may be different but the layout should be the same.

Been running like this since 2001 with no issues.

The only thing not shown is the outlet from the stat housing under the coil is blocked off.

That's the same as mine, only difference is that like Paul says, with the polo rad the bottom hose will be the same side as the top one.

The red hose (bypass) in the graphic is very important
