Noisy release bearing arm

I'm certain I'm not the only one with this issue but does anyone have a fix to stop the release bearing arm on a type 9 gearbox being quite so rattly?

Its driving me insane at low speeds.

Mine does not rattle, never has done on either of my sevens.

At times the mounting pin in the box has had the correct plastic sleeve, currently doesn't. Makes no difference.

But what mine does have (and has had on both cars) is a spring at the clutch pedal end that places a small amount of preload on the mechanism.
