No flooded roads but getting cabin fever looking at the rain, I expect there is flooding in the west of Scotland, it is expected.

Brief but heavy showers, very windy, nice and sunny between the showers.

I'm enjoying the cooler weather at the moment, going to get in the garage very shortly and catch up on the welding I couldn't do while it was a thousand degrees in there.

Just got back from Nefyn Wales. Apart from the very start, we (9 sevens) missed the rain all the way back to Leicester where it is now very sunny.

Raining since 11am. Garden needs it so not really bothered. Would have been nice to get out in the garden and do a few jobs but I started painting the bathroom instead in order not to waste the day. I need to get a life....

Just driven from Swindon to Stowmarket in Suffolk and although it's been very grey and overcast the whole way I didn't come through any rain at all! Must have been lucky, always interesting to keep a eye on Lightning maps when the weather is not so good.

Must be in the eye of the storm here

Bit of light rain when out for the morning dog walk, car showed 20 degrees with blue sky's and high white clouds since then so cut the grass.
