Glass to steel glue
The glass for (one of) my budget rooflight has arrived - double glazed unit with toughened one side and laminated t'other.
I'll be making a steel frame (angle iron or similar) for it to rest on, which will be screwed to timber upstand. However, the glass will be
glued to the steel and I'l like glue recommendations please - typical windscreen adhesive of something else (it'll also have a couple of
steel straps)
Cheers
ATB

I'd go for a PU adhesive like tigerseal or sikaflex.

needs to be flexible ie silkaflex tigerseal to allow for any shrinkage expansion
Life is like a bowl of fruit, funny how all the weird looking ones are left alone

It will also need some soft plastic spacers
