Silvertop inlet manifold?

Anyone got an Ali inlet off a sivertop they don't want?

Beginning to think I should have hung on to all my old zetec stuff... Oooo, hindsight.....

I've got an ST170 engine with everything on it - I only plan on using the engine (at some point), no ancillaries - so the inlet manifold might be of use (I have one on my Silvertop right now)

I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure

You don't want one of them Steve.

The "HO" Rs or Xr3i 130ps spec was the manifold of choice but you are stuck with side fed injectors.

What you want is a reversed version of the Gbs manifold.

Google Ian Howell

I am working on one at the moment, well I would be of I could get a Cad program to run on my laptop. Then I need to learn how to use it.

The focus Rs mk1 used the standard black top plastic manifold with a special spacer / gasket and the silver top tb.

They will go 300 bhp and will take standard bosch injectors.

I thought Ian Howell had given up? I was looking at his inlets on turbosport...

How much psi can the plastic manifold take?? 36????

I've also been looking at the Nissan Sunny turbo inlets, they look like I want to lick them to death. But, how easy to adapt to a zetec? That's why I thought they could be adapted to the Ali sandwich side injector bit???

No Ian is no longer on the go but he is the guy that's pushed the zetec more than most.

36psi how hight do you want to go ? No not a chance it will hold over 2 bar.
