Ford zetec FPR must be 2.7bar / 270kpa

Hi

Looking for a fuel pressure regulator to fit a blacktop fuel rail, but it must be 2.7 bar ant not the standard 3.8 bar.

Bit of a long shot but you never know what the lcb collective might have.

Thanks
Andy

There isn't a standard zetec one that matches this spec, but dohc 8v sierras and granadas had a similar pressure regulator that may fit, it is adjustable if the tamper cover is removed.
Or 96XF-9C968-AA bosch 0280160541 looks like a fit and is the correct pressure from a galaxy 2.3 dohc.
I'm pretty sure the regulator on GALAXY SIERRA SCORPIO TRANSIT Y5A Y5B 2.3 16V FUEL RAIL 95XF9D280AB - NEXT DAY fuel rail is the above item.
You'll need to double check the dimensions are correct.

Thanks for the info, the one I'm after was a standard fit on mk1 focus rst, which was a blacktop labeled as a duratec.

I forgot about that one, the st170 is also 2.7 bar but it's a regulated pump and returnless rail.
Bosch 0280160663 or ford 1137631 should be the one.

The ebay one is cheaper, but in france so depends on how good your french is, and if you can persuade them to post to the uk.

There is no regulator as such in the st170 fuel pump and what looks like a regulator in the fuel rail is a damper. It's done with pressure sensors and an electronic driver module.
