No April fool it worked fine for me I got 20% off a rake of tools spanners, drill bits, Bahco socket set etc.

how does this work they surely can't force the vendor to take a 1/5th off. Or are paypal doing something with VAT and making up the difference?????????

It comes out of ebay/paypals pocket.
They have similar ones usual emailed and link to a persons account. Last year I saved 50 on calipers for the Striker, year before that I saved 50 on the alloy hubs.

Well not now as it expired. But it would have done if you paid via paypal, and you would only get max of 50 off.

I got 20 of an exhaust and 6 of a tyre for my new scooter. It wouldn't give me any more though. The invoice showed the full amount, lets face it eBay can afford it.
