Mondeo ECU, Auto And Manual?
Hi All,
A seller on eBay I have contacted about an ECU has told me its off an Auto car but they are the same as manual, is that true?
I have a silver top Zetec that I have a black top inlet system arriving for and this ECU is off a 1998 Zetec black top auto, would this be fine?
It does come with keys and locks etc.

The auto does have a different ecu to the manual. Best get a manual one. I may have one with key .

It controls the gearbox. You have kick down and starter interlocks.
Most people find these a challenge with out introducing un necessary complications.
Find a manual ecu.

This should be a manual. But ask first.
They do come up cheaper if your patient. From a quid

lol will keep looking then. Looking to go Mondeo steering column to so could do with the ignition lock too.
