Chassis

Does the Chassis have to be built to book dimensions to qualify for the Locost championship?

In 'the book' Ron Champion states that:

"The locost [racing] series run by the 750 motor club, and sponsored by Haynes...... is for cars built as described in this book, subject to certain saftey modifications. The cars must be fully road legal and have a current MOT certificate.......Engines must be Ford 'kent' 1300 cross flow type..."

I'm sure there's a locost racing website with a rules and regs section. Have a search on there. I'm sure there'd be more info there.

Hope this helps

Matt
