bike engine locost

hi I am right at the start of my locost project and I am about to start collecting parts etc I have decided to use a fireblade engine and I was wondering if there is a tried and tested way of getting the drive to the prop shaft + as a new builder with no experience are there any well known pitfalls I should avoid, any advice will be greatfully recived.

its tried n tested, buy or make a prop adaptor, use a prop with a center bearing.

if your building chassis yourself i would leave all the bars out of the engine bay and transmission tunnel till youv'e got all your oily bits and you can then place these to suit.

Happy building n welcome.
