Constructing air filters

I have a Phoenix with a ZZR1100 on flat slides and the foam filters are getting past their best. Has anyone experience of making their own foam filters? If you could direct me to a good supplier of foam and a means to construct / glue the foam that would be a good start.
Any manufacturers of blank carbon boxes would be interesting

Have you tried contacting the manufacturers ?

There appears to be many different types of foam that they do. They might sell it through a distributer ?

This is what I made for my bike carbs - it uses sheet filter material.
