A common issue with a seven ish type of car. The aerodynamics are such that a screen with sidescreens gives a much less draughty ride than a screen
with just a roof. Can shmbo make sidescreens as well?
My build blog http://ianhaynes20.wordpress.com IVA passed 3/10/16
written off 23/9/18

I agree, sidescreens make a massive difference. I made some out of polycarbonate and ali strip, hinged off the screen pillars. They work really well.

You may find that a pair of polycarbonate ‘elephant ears’ fitted either side of the screen will reduce it enough.
Phoned the local ramblers club today, but the bloke who answered just
went on and on.
