Alan (Wadders)

Morning all. Many of you will remember Wadders who used to post on this forum. I unfortunately have to bring the bad news that he passed away last month, on August 18th. Pretty gutted when I heard, he took me for a spin in his car years ago and inspired me to put a bike engine in mine. You could not ask to meet a nicer or more competent guy.

His family have put funeral details on Facebook, asking to share with all who knew him. There is a service at Cottingley Crematorium on Monday 16th September.

Rest in Peace Alan

Sorry to hear that. He was a regular when I was building my Fury and always had good info.

Yes sad news, thanks for letting us know.

I'm a member of a few local model clubs where most are quite elderly and almost dread attending only to find out who has now passed on.

This is sad news. I remember doing the Guild of Motor Endurance event at Mallory with Wadders in, I guess, 2008. What a good guy.
