Paint Code
I have had to do some filling on my Jester. ( Gelcoat Body )
I phoned up my local car paint suppler and said I was after yellow in colour I have a panel but no paint code can you
scan it to get a match. They tried both scan guns from two major paint brands nothing not even a near colour match.
The only other choice the paint suppler said was to repaint the full car.
This cant be the first time this has happened is it.
Anybody no the the paint code to this yellow.

Get a set of paint cards and. See if any are close to your colour not home colour
Gel coat ral is different to paint

One of the guys at the paint shop pulled out a large book of colour cards after being there for over an hour & half the one that looked ok ish
They made up for me in a rattle can code S1101 KODAK YELLOW
two coats of white build up primer then four gloss coats cut back the orange peel with wet & dry sand paper then cutting compound then glaze
polish
then polish.
put it next to the bonnet was an orange in colour not yellow
