hazard light wiring

Can anyone help,I am building mk gt1 with yamaha 1000cc thunderace engine,i have also used the the complete bike wiring loom and handle bar switchgear, everthing works as it should but the bike has no hazards fitted anyone know where to start to fit hazards,on the bike the indicator relay/flasher unit would normally only switch 2 x bulbs at any one time, one front one rear,i have been told that the original flasher unit may not drive all the indicators at the same ?
electrics isnt my strong point any help or wiring diagram would be useful if anyone has done anything like this before.

thanks Simon.
