emissions testing

Hi all,

I can't seem to get that Z cars mini conversion out of my mind and have decided to go ahead and build on. My question is what age mini to buy as regards MOT testing. Does anyone know when the emissions test came in so I know what age mini to look for. The later the mini the better the shell I guess.
