Westfield Stolen
I know it's not a locost but keep your eyes peeled.
Posted on PH. Stolen in the last couple of weeks from his garage.
'It's yellow with a black stripe down the centre, reg no Q127 UNY, and was in Harrogate, at least until recently.
It's got Yokohama A048's on the front wheels.'

That is very bad news. Iam genuinely gutted for him. It doesnt matter that its not a locost, of course we will all keep eyes open.
Scum is a good word.
Please post pics and distinguishing marks etc.
As an aside - can you provide details of how it was stolen and any security devices that were got round etc. This might allow us to learn from the bad
experience. Harrogate is not so far from me so its nice to be alerted.

What engine, suspension, wheels etc. so we can keep an eye out for parts if they break it? A link to the PH site might help.
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

I'm afraid I don't have more details. I just thought I'd mention it here as I would have thought yellow with a black stripe would be
fairly distinctive.
PH link is below.

Its going to make a rather interesting insurance claim when he puts down the date of the theft as sometime between now and 2 weeks ago.
Does make me think that i should beef up garage security now that my car is driveable.

A few more details added on PH
'1600 X-Flow with twin 40's, engine possibly bored out a bit'
Cheers for adding a link potster.
I can't post on WSCC without being a member but if you can can you tell 'cast iron' it's not the guy on PH, it's a
partner at work that owns the car. He just posted on PH because of the huge number of car enthusiasts.
AFAIK they left the garage looking like it was untouched. At this time of year I would imagine folks aren't out in their cars every day. My
garage is away from the house so as long as I see the door is closed I don't check every day.

Yes you can. You just have to sign up, as you do here. You cannot post in the 'For sale/wanted' sections without being a *WSCC club*
member however...
Get as much details as possible, unique features etc, and post em up. We can all keep our eyes peeled then....
Dont just build it.....make it!
