source of Honda spares

Anyone know where I can buy honda carb parts at realistic prices ?

I need an o ring set for one of my Blackbird carbs

part number 16010-MAT-600

local dealer price = £23.07

for a bag of o rings !!!!

I have found a few places in the USA selling the same kit for $15.76 = £9.14

But none of them do international shipping

so someone is making a killing !

A source of replacement idle jets would also be useful to know (the weber DGV / DGAs ones fit the mains - at £1.60 per jet )

Is there not someone in the US that you can have them shipped to, then have them send them over to you.

A very good mate of mine lives over there at the moment, I can ask him if you dont know anyone Wil.

hi there,
i use fowler parts for all my mcycle needs, they only do genuine jap bike parts, and i find there cheaper on genuine parts than a pattern parts else where, i no you have the part num but when you phone for a price you will need the either the engine num or orininal bike chassis num, if you order tommoro it will be through your door by tueday, best of luck, let me no how you get on, cheers george

Coming to think of it my other half has a friend who lives out there. I guess I just get the dealer to mark the package for my attn, then just get her to resend the package to me marking it as "sample auto parts", value $5. Trying to explaining to her what it is I'm ordering may be more difficult.

The Fowlers thing is a non starter, I only have the carbs - no bike attached. (and poking around other people's bikes in public is going to get me into trouble ! )

thanks for the help, I guess it's the transatlantic route - as usual rip off Britain !
