Finally SOME progress on my bodywork....

This week I fetched my bodywork from the painter (he's had it for almost 7 months now!). It does start to look good, but it isn't ready for paint yet....
I fetched it now because I intend to try and finish the car this week (?), so I now I can start the whole SVA procedure (which is more complex when you live in Holland; we have to go to the UK). I hope to have it painted just before, or just after SVA.....
Anyway; this it what the nose/bonnet looks like right now:

I like the vents Mave - did you make them yourself or are they aftermarket ones grafted on?

Cheers,
Raz

Erwe, it's about time......(and still not finished!) I hear that your bodywork is looking great too....and that only took two weeks!

So you cut a section from a CBR600 or did you take a mould from one?

My front section has taken four months to get a mould made from my buck. I am finally going to get delivery on Wednesday ............ yippeeeeeee!

Cheers,
Raz

Raz; the vents in the CBR600 cowling are bolt-in pieces. I used them in my positive mould.

And to the others; thanks for the kind comments.

Wow, I hope my bodywork will be as smooth and shiney as yours Rob!
And I enjoy seeing my seat mould used as an integral part of your cars rear end!
