how do i do a poll?

Hello.

been reading the site for qutie a while now and wanted to put up a poll.

can anyone explain this for me?

Erm, I think you've got the wrong kind of website. You want www.kinkymen.com

Seriously, if you browse to the forum you want "eg Chassis, Locost Related etc" then in the top-right you'll see a "New Poll" button. It's not available in every forum. Website Problems & Suggestions is a prime example.
