Mine is the only kitcar going (if it does).

We are staying on Bleu Nord have a look out for us, we will have a massive blue trailer with us, complete with fitted kitchen, shower and bunks.

We should organise a Locostbuilders meet at Indianapolis corner sometime friday, thats for the people who arnt going to the drivers parade in the town centre.

Im sure you can still get a ferry across, you can camp in the camping areas of the car park, we camped in parking rouge last year and was brilliant, wasnt many facilities but was a great atmosphere.

Then you can get the general admission tickets on the gate.

I'm going in my R1 striker from Newhaven to Dieppe about 11pm on the 14th I think. Should be about 7 cars in the group and meeting a few more on route. Camping in Spay. Just need to get car finished, MOT'd, taxed and insured so not much to do!

We only have 2 cars going this year. My GT-R and a Robin Hood.
We will be going from Poole to St Malo on Wed afternoon with an overnight stop in Rennes.
We will be in the cattle sheds on the EXPO campsite so pop in and have a beer on your way into town.

We may even put the pool up again if it is as hot as last year.

LeMans or Bust........

Someones getting excited?

Thought I'd better sign in as the aforemention Indy

1st one there - sticks the kettle on

Last one there - buys the beers!

On Friday we could ALL meet up at the Car4 - get the usual stumpies, Fench sticks and sweaty cheese - then convoy & take over Arnage and have a Locost meet

Just get Ben to Park his Cateringvan somewhere else (probably wouldn't want to be seen wiv us anyway - and be with his new exclusive mates )

Allan - To help make us easier to spot we could attach George cross flags

Or should that be... we could not attach George cross flags??

BTW - its gonna be a wet one this year, on the grounds that ....

A) I'm going
B) No wet weather gear!

Meet up is good but always manage not to actually meet up if you know what I mean. DOing the Indy meet on Friday I hope?? We could try and make a space there,

Suspect that we'd be in Arnage sometime in morning on Friday, Indy at lunch and early afternoon and then drivers parade in evening... followed by getting completly lost on way back... hic :-)

I'll be there - Blue F355 Spider (not mine!) and a Mondeo ST220.

May have a spare Speedferries crossing and camping permit as one of my group may have tp pull out.

I'm staying in a motor home too, with four other blokes

Will go in the seven one year - if it ever gets beyond the stage of being a few metal sticks tacked together.

Leaving a 2 weeks on wednesday!

Just got the team merchandise sorted out, ordered polo shirts for everyone, but though i would set this up so people can get extra t shirts if they want.

Feel free to order a t-shirt, would be funny to see someone walking around with my design on it!

teaser

I've posted a little montage of '04 (doesn't seem to be firefox friendly)

http://media.putfile.com/LeMans-04

Cant for the life of me find the full length and "larger" file version (I'll post that when I find it)

For me, this was the start of all these shenanigans.

The 1st snippet is the 1st time I'd been in a BEC - dunno if you could tell!

Hope it gets you in the mood

Luggage!!!!

I am going to brighten up Maison Blanche with an orange tint.

I am just wondering how I am going to fit in the neccesary luggage and still have room for beer.

Not booked a crossing yet but guess it wil be the tunnel or Dover-Calais.
