Yes, we should all get back to work....on the cars.
As for 50:50 I read the data more as 45:10 . Skantilly (sp) clad is less of a problem for being sacked I think but a warning could be given.
I like the idea of a watershed. That would work.
Who has the skill and time to do the coding though....we are all to busy reading the forum all day.

As said.. this has been brought up many times. Some people do respect others wishes/feelings, whilst others just don't care.
How does a watershed work? In case you haven't realised, this site is Global ! We have builders all over the world, in different
time zones.
Also, in case you haven't realised, this is NOT a site for 18+ males obsessed with the female anatomy...... but...for everyone. This is,
believe it or not, a site for building cars.
This has all been said before by others, a few take no notice or have no respect for their fellow builders, so I fear this is a major waste of time.

Watershed Update 
This is controlled by YOU the individual!
You can set WORK hours, or if you want 24x7 so you never see an adult avatar.
The requirement is that people tick a box to say 'Adult Avatar' - then the watershed will work. During the watershed any avatar deemed as
Adult - will be replaced with a generic pic - Ron Champions smiling face for example?
YOU set the times you want the watershed to be effective! IRRESPECTIVE of time zone - they just adjust the times accordingly! GMT +/-
etc.
e.g. In England I would set 08:00 - 19:00 to make me work safe. In USA they would set 13:00 - 02:00 etc.. This would all be controlled in YOUR
user control panel.
This allows people to have ANY AVATAR they choose!
Hope that the idea is now clear...
And I'm afraid to say CARS + TITS have long held an association - if you want to blame somebody, blame the marketing companies...

Calm down old chap!  Just because I dont see your idea as foolproof, does not mean to say that I have dismissed it, it really is nowt to do with me,
other than having respect for my fellow 'man' (as in human being). If you want to do that and you believe that your way is the only way,
then fine!
People are allowed to have different view points you know!

Awaiting letter :-(
Working my A$$ off this weekend trying to get it ready...
Got a letter from Ford saying my Zetec is June 2004 and was fitted to a 'ford vehicle' - er yeah! What's cool is that they left out
the word MONDEO - this should def mean I don't have any issues with CAT testing.
The flowchart is pretty scary in the SVA manual and is open to interpretation..

Easy for me to say, but try and relax about the SVA ! Dhan sarf (MItcham) they are good chaps, and do genuinely like the cars and want them to pass.
It would be great if that attitude was national.
I took mine for a 'pre' MOT that is, no paperwork, is it feasable for you to do that? to put your mind at rest with emmissions, set
headllights, check brakes etc? Just an idea to ge some worries out of your head.

Thats exactly what i have done. It's there as we speak being put 'straight'! Will be nice when all the wheels point in the same
direction!!
As for the avaters, I like seeing cars. If i want to see totty i look at the wife

Work place ethics are a mine field. I got accused of "sexual harassment" once just for standing beside (but about a foot away from) a new
customer service advisor at a Garage while I gave her advice on how to navigate her way round the computer to build a quote for repairs to a customers
car.

Like many folks, I have signed a document to verify that my works 'puter is for work use only. I can not use it for anything that has no
relation to my job. So far my gaffer has turned a blind eye to catching the odd glimpse of Locostbuilders and PPCmag.co.uk but if he was to see a

There is a "Time Offset" anyway in the control panel, so no fudging needed. Just set the times you don't want them displayed, and as
long as you've correctly configged your Time Offset, all is fine.
This work safe avatar timing would be a very simple mod to write into the code.

i think it would be a shame if people had to change there avatar so the poor people at work can can browes the site safely.some body mentioned that we
should think of others more with our avaters or replies but it seems to me that the people who want it changed are only thinking of them selves

the fact that this is a car related site seems like a strong argument to me! That might be because i have a bottle of beer AND a glass of wine in
