spring ratings please !!!
hi all
am after some help, building locost as per book with 2 l pinto, have already got a set of fully adjustable spax shocks, but need to know what spring
rating i should start off with,
please advise

if your building per book, what sping rates does the book recommend?, ive got 225 front and 175 rear to start with but im building a bec
