There was a car behind me on Friday with 8 flags on it, one on each door, three on the sunroof and a sticky one on the bonnet. If the wind had of
been any stronger his 1.0 uno would have been going backwards. He certainly won't be short of loo roll this week.

Did people (other than the pundits) honestly beleive we stood any chance then?
Personally I looked on the "England stand a great chance of winning" comments heard before the world cup as alternative comedy.

As a Scotsman, I was actually sorry to see England go out that way (again!). Given the individual strenghts, I was more disapointed with the way they
played throughout. Same story that has ruined Scottish football, too many overseas players & way, way, way too much money.
It's hard to feel bad for too long lying by the pool in your villa in Spain or wherever!
