She's alive.....but...
I'm a very happy man at this moment.
After 3 years i finally could start the fireblade engine, and it fired up the first time a tried. I just couldn't stop jumping around 
hahahahaha, just great.
What a great feeling.
But after a few checks i found out only cilinder 3 and 4 were working.
Cilinder 1 and 2 were sparking and there was fuel running out of the carburators through a small hose.
Had i flooded cilinder 1 and 2 ?
What could it be ?

mine did something similar, was dirt in the float chamber stopping the fuel inlet from closing when it was full in the end... have you cleaned out all
yours?

don't run it to much marco
its bad for the crankshaft bearings...
if the engine has stand for a long time do the standard things..
- clean carbs
- drain the fuel of the car/carbs..
- or add new fuel to the car..
- clean the plug very very good..
- make sure fireing order is right!! how does it smell??

New plugs needed for sure. I had the same problem and NGK new plugs did the trick.

I had the same problem too. In may case, I had the firing order wrong. Try swapping the spark pug wires around.

Thanks for your reply.
I know the fireing order is correct, have checked that.
It could be the carbs or the sprak plugs, im going to check that.
But first i'm going on vacation.

The problem is the carbs. The needle valves are sticking and the carbs are overflowing (thus the fuel running our of the overflow tubes). Thhis is
very common on bike carbs if they sit for a while. First, try tapping the float bowls with the handle of a screwdriver while the eingine is running -
this will often free the needle valves and get everything working again. If this doesn't work, you'll have to remove the carbs, separate
the float bowls, and clean the neddle/seat valves. This should fix it for sure. - done this dozens of times on bike carbs.....
