i'm fairly certain that mail order companies are only supoosed to take money from your card when the gods are ready for dispatch...ofice of fair trading and/or your card supplier may be able to help...

Just ring the company involved and tell them they have 3 days for the goods to arrive or you'll be in asking trading standards to sort it. This tends to sort most problems.

"Distance Selling Regulation 2000" gives you 28 days to cancel the order for any telephone or internet or "distance" purchase you make.

Google it and you'll find all the help you need.

Send them a seven day court notice stating if goods are not recieved within 7 days you will begin court procedings.
Small claims court only costs £15 and they will be liable for all costs.

Im in the same situation with another kit car supplier who have owed me parts for 3 months now!!! Perhaps we should all start naming and shaming to prevent this happening to others.

Good luck

Neil

Carbon fibre sheet

HI,
If you can't get a result from Fluke I can supply flat sheet carbon in any thickness you require.
