CAD Locost drawings

I've tried to find some mention of a complete set of Locost CAD drawings, remember seeing a reference once though!
anybody know the address?

Has anyone got a link where I can download Turbcad so I can view the files?

Turbocad's own site has a download area but what you get is not a proper program
