Webers on Zetec.

I have decided to go the route of putting carbs on my zetec engine. I am looking for some advice on what ignition system to use. I would like to keep things as simple as possible not too worried about being able to map it and all that sort of stuff, just want it on the road. Oh and one other thing what type of fuel pump should i use and what is the required pressure for 40's

Running Twin 40's on Ex Escort 115ps 1800 Zetec, Fuel pump is Facit Red top interuptor pressure is set at approx 4psi. ECU is Dunnel Clubman spec with 3D option ( Don't bother with 2D unless you drive at full bore all the while... )
