Assuming you are talking about gear position indicators rather than shift lights, then as welderman says, the acumen unit is a good unit, simple to
fit and works well.
We fitted one last week to our Indyblade, paid about £50 on e-bay.

If we're talking gear indicator there is a DIY option available

ETDWM!
Works off two microswitches (one for up, one for down), adjusting them takes a while but once that's sorted it works well.
If we're talking gear change indicator, there are quite a few shift light circuits out there....
