Could be a pinto manifold from that bolt pattern. What is the rough port spacing, might help in the identification.

I would take down to local motor factors and try a load of inlet manifold gaskets on it.

Possible its of a Coventry Climax Engine - i.e. Imp Racer, Ginetta G15 etc
