Talking of altitude...
We were discussing high altitude the other day - I think this woman wins first

Saw something about someone doing the high altitude hang-gliding record. Towed up to heights under a hot air balloon then released. She was only able
to see the second half of the descent because her eyelids had frozen shut despite her goggles!!!! Amazing...
