Hi

I'm looking for rear brakes conversion for MK2 escort diff.
Has anyone make this conversion from drums to disks with adaptor and which calipers?

I did it with xr4x4 calipers and disc, with brackets from Yukspeed, but i think ive heard of people using fiesta front discs, not sure which calipers though. Make sure you get the calipers with a simple hand brake mechanism such as xr4x4 or vw/audi as some of the jap cars use the inside of the disc as a drum for the handbrake and seperate calipers for hydraulic (foot) braking. Think rally design do some brackets too.

discs

Tiger racing do convertion plates for £20 and you use sierra 4x4 discs and clalipers but you will need some sort of brake balance. Either balance bar or bias valve
