Pinto Cooling

Anyone got a ballpark figure for the coolant capacity of a Pinto, without heater? Haynes quotes 8.0 litres with heater. I'm using an MK supplied radiator.

On the same subject, any recommendations on antifreeze and mixture strength? Haynes 45 - 50%?

Thanks,
Geoff .

My Tiger, with a polo radiator but no heater, takes about 7 litres.

I made the antifreeze up according to the instructions on the label. I vaguely remember it was 50/50, but could be wrong.

Cheers
Richard
