Idle speed screw R1 Carbs
Can someone tell me where the Idle speed screw is on these carbs. Picture would be nice.

Its the one in the bottom right of the picture in the link; It adjusts the idle for all 4 carbs.

Sorry steve my mistake, its the mixture screw that im after. Its running rich down low 1000 - 3000 rpm ( wet black plugs and spitting back through the
carbs)
It ticks over fine but soon as i try to bring the throttle up it pops and farts so to speak then tries to cut out.
I've been told that the low end of mixture is adjusted by a screw on each carb and above 3000 is by adjusting the needle clips.
Does that sound right at all.

Yup that looks like them. Wind them fully in (stop just after you feel harder resistance) then wind each out exactly the same amount - 2.5 to 3 turns.

Ill give them a go the weekend, they look slightly different carbs, i think Kawasaki and Yamaha have mikuni but slightly different. Finger crossed.
