Home made windscreen

I have red most of the treads on fitting windscreens, but don't get the answer I am looking for.

I built my own scuttle so the curves does not match any off the shelf scuttle.

Any body have made their own screens?
Any photos of how the side brackets are fixed to the ali frame?

Try contacting mangogrooveworkshop on this site. He designed and supplies windscreens for the MK Indy - he might be able to help/advise you on how to approach it.

Thanks for the offer Mango, but I stay in SA so with postage and the exchange rate I just simply can't afford it so that is why I am looking at the DIY option.
I just don't know how to seccure the stetsons to the frame. I would hate to sit with a windscreen over my nose at 160Km/h.
